Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.
1. Digital products — 7-day satisfaction window
Because our patterns are digital downloads that are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. As a goodwill gesture, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with what you received. To request a refund within this window, contact us at the email below with your order receipt — no questions asked.
2. After the 7-day window
After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. If you experienced a technical issue (corrupt file, missing pattern, broken download link), please still contact us — we will fix the issue or provide a replacement at no charge.
3. Upsells and add-on bundles
Optional add-ons accepted at checkout (such as the +100 Crochet Patterns bundle) are covered by the same 7-day refund window as the main purchase. Refunds for an add-on do not require refunding the main purchase and vice versa.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@wemakecrochet.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your approximate purchase date
- The last 4 digits of the card you used, OR your PayPal transaction ID
- A brief note explaining the reason (optional but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Funds normally return to your card or PayPal balance within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge from us, please email us first — we will identify the transaction and refund it directly, which is faster than filing a dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in your access being revoked.
